As the Traitify team prepares to announce several product launches in 2021 (including our Cognitive Assessment, which we’ll cover next month), we continue to make progress in expanding our integration footprint, as well as certifications related to our security and infrastructure. But first, we’d like to celebrate a milestone with you.

15,000,000 People Impacted

We’ve officially passed 15 million Traitify assessments completed! It’s incredible to see this product we’ve built together come so far. It’s especially inspiring to think about what this really means. Millions of people have been able to learn about themselves, find their next job, and find more happiness at work. And we couldn’t have done it without you, our customers and partners. Sometimes it’s too easy to forget how much our product changes lives. Here’s to the next 15 million people we’ll help together.

 

New Applicant Tracking System Integrations

We’re very excited to announce that we’ve recently completed two new ATS integrations with PageUp and the Cornerstone OnDemand ATS, TalentLink. Each of these new integrations is “inline,” meaning that the candidate will complete the assessment as a smooth part of the initial application process.

After completing the assessment, Traitify will send back a numerical “Fit Score” and “Fit Description” based on the role the candidate applied for, the Ideal Candidate Profile created by the Traitify team, and a rigorous job analysis of that role.

Additionally, Hiring Managers utilizing both integrations will have the ability to click on a unique link in each candidate profile to view our Big Five Hiring Manager Report. This report features a full breakdown of how the candidate scored across the five dimensions of personality and took advantage of customized interview questions, which are prioritized based on gaps that may be present.

 

SOC 2 Type 2 Certification

At Traitify, we work hard to build a fast, resilient, and secure infrastructure, and we're proud of what we have achieved. Many of our customers have asked us for details around how we manage our services, what our update process looks like, and how we maintain the high level of reliability and security you have come to expect from us. We're always happy for those opportunities to share insight into this part of our service. However, until now, you have only had our word that we have implemented the state-of-the-art systems and processes that we have discussed.

We undertook a voluntary SOC 2 Type 2 audit (following our SOC 2 Type 1 audit completed last year). This audit took an in-depth look at all of our infrastructure and procedures and has generated an independent, 3rd-party SOC 2 Type 2 certification.

We are excited to announce we have completed this process to be able to provide you with the additional layer of assurance that we uphold the high technical and organizational standards that we value.

 

What’s Next?

Cognitive Assessment

Our team is preparing to launch our Cognitive Assessment next month. This assessment will measure a Candidate’s General Mental Ability in under five minutes. Organizations can choose to have the results of the Cognitive Assessment combined with our Big Five Assessment. Doing this will provide an overall fit score for each candidate based on the unique Ideal Candidate Profile the Traitify team has produced, without requiring the Hiring Manager to decode results from both assessments.
