How To Bring Users To Traitify

Traitify offers a quick and easy personality assessment built to revolutionize the the way job seekers find the perfect career. Through working together with workforce boards, we’re able to build a bridge between a jobseekers personality and a career. While this is a great resource, it can often be challenging to have jobseekers take the assessment.

In an effort to make that easier, we’ve put together some tips and ideas on how to get Traitify in front of your jobseekers:

  1. Social Media: 60% of mobile phone users check their phone when they wake up and the majority go directly to their social media accounts. Using social media to socialize the Traitify assessment with job seekers will help you have a conversation ready when those job seekers meet directly with you. Be sure to link directly to the your organization’s URL to ensure the job seeker’s report is accessible via your administrator interface

  2. Embrace Mobile: One of the benefits of the Traitify assessment is that it’s optimized for mobile use and can be taken in under 90 seconds! Because of this flexibility, push to have job seekers take the assessment on their phone while waiting for their appointment. For those who don’t have a mobile device, consider making tablets available in the waiting area with bookmarks directly linking to your Traitify URL.

  3. Ease of Access: Consider providing a QR code or shortened link to help job seekers start the Traitify assessment faster and easier. The QR code can be added to flyers, postcards, etc. in order to give job seekers a fast method to take the assessment on their own.

  4. Website: Make sure to feature Traitify on your organization’s website. An image along with a brief description of the assessment’s benefits, along with a clickable link or button can provide an easy path for a job seeker to take the assessment prior to coming in for an appointment.
